Need tricks to make your kids eat greens? I have some ideas:) I have a very picky eater at my home, so I have to be creative and attract them to eat vegetables. Keerai Masiyal is one of my kids favorite! You can also add this to the roti to make green roti, My kids love colorful roti’s. Look for my next post on how to make healthy colorful roti’s.

Prepare below ingredients: Spinach ( 1 bunch), Moong Daal (1 cup), Onion (1/2), Tomato (1 small/medium), Green Chili (3-4)

Add the washed spinach, moong daal, required salt, tomatos, green chillies, some onion and 2 cup of water to the pressure pan. Cook for 3 whistles in the pressure pan
